Saint Lucia Well Destination · Professional Education
Three live days to build a client-matching method, a sellable Saint Lucia wellness offer, and a 90-day launch plan, inside the travel business you already run.
Three days, live and virtual · $697 USD
The Opportunity
Clients can compare rooms and rates almost anywhere. Your advantage begins with the question inventory can’t answer: what does this traveler need from the journey? Many accomplished advisors have deep destination, luxury, romance or adventure expertise, but no repeatable method for turning that answer into a matched, higher-value offer.
Global wellness-tourism expenditures in 2024, projected to reach $1.38T by 2029.
Of wellness trips are secondary: wellness added to a trip taken for another reason. That layer is what you sell.
More spent per trip by international wellness travelers than the typical international tourist.

A Category Shift
For decades, “wellness travel” meant a spa inside a resort. The next evolution is bigger. The destination itself becomes the wellness product: nature, culture, food, movement, recovery, luxury, and community working as one connected system.
A Well Destination isn’t a property you book. It’s a place designed so that wellbeing is the connective tissue of the entire journey. Advisors who understand this stop comparing room rates and start designing outcomes.
Destinations sold beaches and beds. Advisors competed on price and perks.
Hotels added spas, yoga decks, and healthy menus. Wellness lived inside the property line.
An entire destination organized around wellbeing. The advisor becomes the integrator of the journey.
Planning usually starts with inventory: a hotel, a room category, a list of attractions. The Compass starts with how the traveler wants to feel, then connects that intention to the right environment, property and pace. A single journey may combine several directions.
Rest, sleep, thermal waters, and genuine recovery.
Time with a partner, family, or community that closes distance.
Hikes, water, and mindful motion matched to the traveler.
Farm-to-table food and nutrition as a daily practice.
Rainforest, sea, and volcanic earth as a supportive environment.
Quiet, stillness, and space to think without a schedule.
Milestones and occasions given room to mean something.
Carrying the change home, and the reason clients come back.
The Villages aren’t separate resorts or fixed locations. They’re a way of reading what each part of the island contributes to a journey. A property may belong to more than one; an experience may connect several. A destination framework, not a fixed bookable collection.
Support longer-term wellbeing. Recovery, nutrition, sleep, diagnostics and long-range health thinking.
Feel wonder. Rainforest, waterfalls and the slower attention that comes with them.
Slow down. Quiet bays, mineral pools, sailing, floating and ocean-facing ritual.
Belong. Cacao, cuisine, agriculture, music and Creole community traditions.
Move freely. Adventure that restores energy rather than draining it further.
Love deeply. Romance extended beyond celebration toward presence and reconnection.
The Method
This is what the three days teach you to do: take what a client actually says and carry it through to a journey you can quote.
The client says
“We need to come back rested, reconnected, and with healthier momentum.”
Compass reading
Restore · Reconnect · Return. Three intentions, not a room category.
Villages that answer it
Longevity · Ocean & Restoration · Connection & Romance.
Foundation property
TheLifeCo at A’ila, Rodney Bay: personalized wellbeing programming, plant-forward nutrition, infrared and thermal recovery, the Mind Atelier, and rooms that all face the sea.
Journey layers
Thermal recovery, restorative nutrition, gentle movement, ocean integration, and deliberately unstructured time together.
What you design
Flights and transfers, room type, pace, companion experiences, pre- and post-stays, excursions, and the return-home continuity that turns one trip into the next.

Why Saint Lucia
Most destinations would have to build a wellness story. Saint Lucia was born with one: volcanic earth, mineral springs, rainforest, sea, and a living Creole culture, all within an island you can cross in a day.
That geography is why Saint Lucia is positioning itself as a leading Well Destination in the Caribbean: not a single resort, but a network of properties across one designed backdrop, where wellbeing connects everything. That gives you inventory to match and re-match as a client returns.
Sulphur springs, mud baths, and mineral waters: natural recovery infrastructure most islands simply don’t have.
Rainforest hikes at sunrise, thermal waters at noon, the Caribbean Sea by evening. Transformation-ready terrain in a single itinerary.
Creole food, music, and community that make wellbeing feel like belonging rather than a treatment menu.
A destination-level commitment to organizing around wellbeing, giving trained advisors a coherent story to sell with institutional support behind it.

See the model taking shape
The Compass and the Villages are how the island is read. This is what one of them looks like on the ground: the first property being showcased within the Longevity Village, and the kind of place your clients would actually stay.

The Program
Build your wellness specialty, your client-matching system and your first Saint Lucia offer, then leave with the plan to take it to market. Saint Lucia is the live destination case study where you apply it. Wellness rarely starts as the whole trip; it begins as the layer you add to a romance, adventure, or milestone journey, then becomes the reason the client returns.
“I know what to book.”
Strong supplier and destination knowledge, without a repeatable wellness journey-design method.
“I know why it fits this client, and how to present the journey.”
A clear method for matching intention to property, experience and pace.
Attract
Build a differentiated wellness layer into the categories and client relationships you have already built. Draw the clients who want travel that changes something.
Advise
Uncover what a client actually needs and match them to the right village, property, and journey using the WELL Compass, not a brochure dump.
Activate
Walk away with a client-ready offer, a consultation framework, campaign assets, and a 90-day plan to start qualified conversations.
Curriculum
Each day builds on the last: first the opportunity and your position in it, then the client-matching system, then the conversion craft that turns it into booked revenue.
Understand the forces reshaping travel demand, then claim your place: the specialty and ideal client that set you apart.
Turn an overwhelming destination into a decision system: client need to wellbeing intention to village, property, and journey. You leave knowing what to recommend, to whom, and why.
Turn expertise into booked revenue: qualify inquiries, run the discovery conversation, set professional-fee boundaries, and convert into a matched Saint Lucia itinerary. No more unpaid research walking out the door.
What You Keep
Leave with a Saint Lucia wellness offer you can explain, present and begin activating: the client-facing system to start qualified conversations the following week, rather than another folder of supplier information. Standard advisors put these to work themselves; VIP advisors get them built and reviewed alongside a facilitator.
The “begin with how you want to feel” conversation that qualifies a client and surfaces what they actually need.
Need to wellbeing intention to village, property, and journey. One page that turns the whole island into a recommendation.
Three to six ready-to-present signature journeys you can put in front of clients immediately.
Discovery, objection, and professional-fee language, so your expertise stops walking out the door unpaid.
The Discover Saint Lucia WELL guide, branded to you: the tool your prospects hold in their hands.
An email and social launch kit with week-by-week targets to start qualified conversations.

Who This Is For
Readiness matters more than tenure. A fifteen-year luxury advisor and a first-year advisor already producing real bookings can both be an excellent fit; what counts is having clients to design for and the intent to put the method to work.
Foundations doesn’t replace destination-specialist training, host-agency education or recognized wellness-travel credentials. It adds the application layer on top of them.
Know the destination
Supplier knowledge, geography, accommodations, experiences and sales resources.
Understand the category
Terminology, traveler motivations, industry trends, wellness products and responsible practice.
Build and activate the offer
Use a live destination case study to build your discovery method, client-matching system, journey concepts, sales language and launch plan.
Your Role
Foundations does not train advisors to diagnose, treat or prescribe. It trains you to ask the right travel-discovery questions, understand what a client is actually after, match them to suitable environments and experiences, coordinate qualified partners, and hold the thread across the whole journey.
Design & continuity
Discover, qualify, match, coordinate and maintain continuity before, during and after the journey. You stay the relationship holder.
Assessment & delivery
Health assessments, treatments and clinical recommendations stay with appropriately qualified professionals, within their own scope of practice.
Environment & programming
Hospitality, wellbeing programming and the destination experiences themselves, delivered on island.
Booking & commercial terms
Booking, payments and travel terms continue to run through the channels you use today. Commission structures with individual Saint Lucia wellness partners are confirmed as those agreements are finalized.
Your client remains your client · Your host relationship stays intact · Existing booking channels continue
Investment
You’re investing in a working methodology, the advisor tools that carry it, live implementation across three days, and a defined path into the Saint Lucia ecosystem as it develops.
Everything above is included in the program. The Immersion and the Collective are separate, later steps on the pathway, and entirely optional.
The Pathway
The steps build on each other, but you decide how far you go. Foundations delivers a working system you can sell with on its own; everything beyond it extends that work for advisors who want to take it further.
One hour on the opportunity and the destination concept. Decide whether the specialty fits your business.
The three-day live intensive: build the matching method, journey concepts and activation plan. Complete it to become eligible for the next step.
Not a traditional FAM. A commercial field lab on limited on-island seats: meet partners, build sellable itineraries, and capture co-branded content you sell with on return. Final inclusions and advisor contributions are published before applications open.
Earned on capability, not attendance: a completed sample journey, competent Compass use, and a client-conversation review. It carries the advisor designation and badge. A public advisor directory is in development. Founding-cohort advisors may receive founding recognition within it.
Approved client-facing assets, with priority partner access and referral introductions coming online as those partnerships are finalized and the destination promotes the collection.
Continues the community and updates beyond the first twelve months, with priority access as new Well Destinations join. Details shared before invitation.
Questions
No. Foundations assumes travel-selling experience, not wellness credentials. The program exists because many advisors haven’t had access to live, destination-based wellness journey-design education. You’ll learn the economics, the framework, and the client language from the ground up.
Live. Foundations is a three-day virtual intensive with real interaction; that’s why cohorts stay small. Session recordings are made available to enrolled participants for reference after each day.
Three consecutive days of live sessions, plus the materials you’ll use afterward. It’s designed for working advisors: intensive by design, so you’re selling with it the following week rather than studying for months.
No, and that’s deliberate. Completing Foundations makes you eligible to apply, and graduates receive priority in the application queue. Immersion seats are limited because it’s a working, on-island experience, not a group tour.
Yes. Day one and day three (your positioning and the client-conversion system) apply to any destination you sell. Saint Lucia is the flagship case study and your first Well Destination, and the framework is built to extend as more destinations join.
The three-day intensive and the full client-facing system: the WELL Compass discovery script, the client-matching matrix, sellable journey concepts, consultation and fee scripts, your co-branded client guide, and the 90-day activation plan, plus twelve months of the private community and quarterly updates, and priority Immersion application. No additional purchases inside the program.
We run a three-day LIVE intensive monthly. Reserve on the registration page to see the next available dates and daily session hours in your time zone. Free public briefings run monthly alongside it (the next one is on the registration page), and we host customized briefings for host agencies and groups on request. The on-island Immersion begins late 2026.
Discover Saint Lucia WELL is designed as an add-on: a layer built onto a client’s existing itinerary, not a replacement for it. You keep your agency or host relationships and your consortium standing, and you continue to book through your existing channels. Commission structures vary by property, experience and itinerary component; confirmed partner mechanics and advisor earning opportunities are covered in the advisor briefing and set out in the Foundations operating guide.
Standard is $697 USD and VIP is $1,497. Payment plans are available on request.
Standard ($697) gives you the full program and every deliverable to implement yourself. VIP ($1,497) adds white-glove support that wraps the whole experience: a strategy session and business audit before, VIP access during, and an implementation review, website and messaging critique, 60 days of private support, priority introductions, and a founder roundtable after. Standard is do-it-yourself; VIP is done-with-you, and you can upgrade to VIP anytime.
A certificate of completion for the three-day program, plus the full advisor toolkit and eligibility to apply for the on-island Immersion. Foundations is not a certification and does not confer a professional designation on its own. The Discover Saint Lucia WELL Advisor designation comes later, after the Immersion and a demonstration of capability. Foundations is designed to sit alongside your existing destination and wellness-travel credentials, not to replace or duplicate them.
No. Foundations is an education program, not a host agency, consortium or booking channel. Your client relationships, host-agency affiliation, consortium standing and preferred-supplier relationships all stay exactly as they are, and we don’t take ownership of your clients. What you add is a design and destination-support layer you apply inside the business you already run.
Start with the free briefing; it exists so you can evaluate the thinking before investing. And enrolled advisors are covered: attend the first day of the live intensive, and if it isn’t what you expected, tell us before day two and we’ll refund your tuition in full. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
